The hotel's location is the best feature, being very near the tube and District line tube, close to Olympia for the London Horse Show, and adjacent to a fantastic café/diner. The rooms, although on the small side, had just the bare essentials but felt a bit cramped. The service was friendly and helpful, close to Notting Hill for the carnival, but unfortunately, I felt itchy and couldn't get good sleep. The dining experience was included with good breakfast options available nearby. The early morning noise from departing guests was a downside, but the overall location was decent and convenient.
